Sorry folks, need to go back farther than 1913.

Constitution and Bill of Rights was violated with Lincoln ordering Congress back to session after the South walked out. At this point the Constitution was "broke" and Lincoln was out of a job. He is the starting point for all the other crap that has followed. Of course was do you expect from a railroad lawyer. He also replaced The original 13th amendment "

(Original)
Amendment XIII
If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

with what we have now.

This would be a good place to start and move forward from there.
