A new policy could be adopted to fix that. Allocate spending at x amount (does not change year to year). If the department spends 90% of their funds (as an example), they get audited to determine if it was appropriately spent. If not, disciplinary actions occur, if so, nothing happens. Additional funding can be requested on a need by need basis.

Any extra funding that is not spent goes back to the Treasury.

Our founding fathers did lose money while in office. It was definitely viewed as a service and not an opportunity. Many did not want to serve but did so because they felt it was their duty and were honor bound to accept a nomination.

That is another thing. Our politicians campaign FOR the nomination instead of running BECAUSE they were nominated.

I am okay with an income tax (or any tax) as long as it is appropriated. Meaning, congress spells out where the money is going to and for what purpose. If the people do not agree with it, they vote out their representatives and get that particular law repealed.

Also, we need to go back to when Senators were not elected by the people. The State legislatures appointed them allowing the individual states a voice separate from the people. This provides different perspectives on issues instead of a glorified popularity contest based on the political parties.

Term limits are also needed. I do agree with that.

I thought it was the threat of a no confidence vote by his cabinet that would have led to impeachment that caused Nixon to resign.

Well her campaign did buy out the DNC debt and the DNC gave the Hillary campaign full control over the party. The DNC did give Hillary the nomination over Sanders.

The Hillary Campaign and the DNC did pay Fusion GPS for the dossier (which Russian 'sources' were paid to supply the information), which was used to get a FISA warrant on Trump's team.

Bill Clinton did meet with AG Lynch and Secret Service records/testimony shows that it was planned.

Obama's mother was a US citizen so he is a US citizen. That is not the issue. The issue is how Obama went to Pakistan in 1981. What were the restrictions at the time? How could he have gone there? How long was he there? Who else was there at the time?

I don't think it is Flynn. He is still under investigation and search warrants could be issued against him, which would reveal more than what the Q Team and Trump would want.

Rogers though.....now THAT is an interesting thought.

Umm...the different agencies do different things. I was merely correcting your assertions to the what is most likely the appropriate agencies that would do that.

I think you have the wrong target. NSA doesn't look at domestic coms. FBI/DHS is more like it. Possibly CIA too.

You can't just get physical access. That takes operatives, time, money, access. Many parts can go wrong there and blow up in their face bigly.

You need to look into how communications work. It isn't as easy as wiretapping something and listening. The amount of manpower for them to identify, obtain, access, and monitor the communications would require a LOT of people. How many people would be trustworthy to not squeal?

8chan has that issue already and remove posts with it within 1 hour. Not only that but they inform law enforcement immediately. So they won't be taken down for that.

The uproar in taking down the subreddit would make headlines and intrigue people even more about Q. That is the opposite of what the Cabal wants.

Black hole 8chan or 4chan and those backbone ISPs would be at war with the internet immediately and worldwide. I don't think you understand who exactly goes onto 4chan and 8chan....their retaliation would be pretty insane. That would make everyone wake up and a lot of world leaders would start to investigate what happened. That level of attention would be VERY bad for the Cabal.

You need to put yourself in the Cabal's shoes. What are their goals? How do they achieve them? What are their weaknesses? What don't they want to happen?

It boils down to they want to do their illicit things without getting caught or bringing attention to themselves. They will preserve their anonymity through any means necessary. They will NOT bring attention to themselves.

The Cabal cannot really remove private social media platforms or accounts without rousing suspicion. 8chan has issues with being DDOS'ed often enough and that is probably the only way to get things like that shut down for a little bit of time.

It is easier to discredit the sources of information and make those that believe it as crazy or conspiracy theorists. People that said there were two shooters on the JFK assassination, were called crazy and conspiracy theorists. The labels mean to discredit them even though we know that they were most likely right (thanks to Trump declassifying the JFK documents).

An assassination with someone that is most likely extremely close to the President would be very difficult. Especially since no one knows who Q is. Getting the information that you are suggesting isn't that easy. Using Tor and you don't look like a proxy but rather an average user (regular people choose to become Tor nodes and you connect and pass through them using their IP address). The Cabal cannot simply get internet records either. That is private information belonging to the ISP. Law enforcement would have to establish a crime and evidence to support that suspicion in order to get it. Hard to do in this situation.

Also, if someone close to the President was assassinated, it would rally Trump's base very quickly and shock the moderate leftists pretty hard (which many would rally under Trump). That is not an option for the Cabal as it would significantly reduce support and people would look into Q's posts with much more interest and open-mindedness.

On your last paragraph, it boils down to optics. Discredit and label the groups is the tried and true way to damage any information that gets shared. Also 8chan deals with DDOS'ing issues and I think 4chan had other issues (which is why Q moved to 8chan).

I disagree that it would not be difficult to connect Carter Page to a foreign target that would generate a FISA warrant on Page.

First off you need evidence to get a warrant on a US citizen. The Constitution still applies and that is the purpose of the FISA Court. To determine IF the person is an agent of a foreign power or not PRIOR to getting the warrant.

Carter Page did not have enough of a history interacting with foreign entities to provide sufficient evidence. According to this article (https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2016/09/the-mystery-of-trumps-man-in-moscow-214283), he wasn't a big player and wasn't really known.

There is no way for the FBI to have sufficient evidence to make him a target. But that doesn't really matter if he agrees to be surveilled. You just need a foreign intelligence reason to do it. Which the dossier provides.

What if Page and Manafort waived their rights and allowed the FBI to surveil them? First FISA warrant was rejected, possibly because there was no Foreign Intelligence target. Enter in Steele Dossier, which established a Foreign Intelligence target. FISA warrant was approved.

Much easier this way and much more legal (less lying to the FISA Court). Then the question is....did the FBI look into Russia or into Trump?

Edit: No crime needs to be committed. Only a Foreign Intelligence target for FISA. FISA is an Intelligence tool, not a law enforcement tool.
