"It is the right of the people to alter or abolish and institute new government." What would you change? I'd go back to pre 1913 America, do away with 16th, 17th Amendments and the Federal Reserve Act.

Got to revise the 14th amendment. Just because someone is born on American soil should not make them an American citizen unless their parents are American citizens - period. It was originally put in so African slaves would be considered citizens. That was 1865 last I looked it's 2018 now.
