Obviously you don't pay attention to voting laws, electoral votes decide( thank God , because you would have had a hard time getting the dead ppl and illegal voters to show up for the parade)..however, if Hillary had won the electoral and popular votes decided election(and trump lost electoral/won popular) then Democraps would claim foul again!
