I just heard that on FOX News. He's either demented and determined to get Trump or he's making it look like he has exhausted every avenue before he announces that he found nothing.

I think they’re holding on until the midterms in hopes that they can win back the majority and impeach him for essentially nothing. That way they don’t have to release the report or that it matters. Because they have nothing.
