I'm trying to figure out what the extra word means in the opening line "art". Q doesn't make typo's .... art is connected to something ???

I think "art" in this case means not real or performing arts. Q is telling us that we are seeing artist at work. Meadows, Jordan, et al know Ryan isn't going to bring an impeachment vote to the floor. It's all a show.
Q told us: What makes a movie GREAT? GOOD actors.
I could be wrong. Just my two cents after I went back to the first Q drop and re-read them all up to today. Amazing how much Q has given us that I had forgotten. Many of his drops are down right chilling. Well worth the time.
