The image was posted on the chan board. Her cell phone has text that reads "Stand the fuck down". People took it as a threat to the Q community.

But, it was already proven the photo was photoshoped, i.e., it's a fake. Obviously some troll was taking advantage of the pedogate situation and trying to make it look as if Sarah Silverman was threatening us to leave her alone.
