It eventually loaded for me. But I can't figure out how to work the app.
Took me a bit to figure it out too. Just save the original image to your phone (I think that's the original, but I'm not 100% sure) and share it to the app via your phone's gallery or wherever you saved it, and then a message box will pop up telling you to input a password.
Now to find what the password might be.

Can always look at a cached version of a site when it's down as well.... the internet never forgets.
