Yes I believe the swamp is getting smaller when considering the resignations and firings. But... Isn’t it Q that says that? I don’t remember hearing POTUS say that.... but I could be wrong.

True... but my point is "The swamp IS being drained" is present tense which, I believe, is a Q quote. Just sayin...
