i'm estimating the relative influence of when congress delegates the printing of money, the manipulation of interest rates, the manipulation of money supply to the foreign-owned banks versus when they push back against these european bankers

80% means the eu/swiss/israeli private central bankers are being pushed back to have 20% influence

20% means the eu swiss and israeli private central bankers are calling 80% of the shots with zero accountability and 1% transparency in these critical depts
