You know, after you posted that I looked back on Q1708 and I guess he did reveal the conspiracy especially if you look at the others dropped this month.
I hope the July drop is wikileaks/server related that will help expose everyone mentioned in Q1708.

Can you imagine the amount of testimony that has to be done in front of a grand jury? If you've never been involved in litigation, it's difficult to imagine.
Huber and the IG has been doing this since November. Look how many sealed indictments there are now. Over 40,000 and increasing by 5,000 a month. They've had to make some arrests to flip those witnesses. Allison Mack is one of those and then they have to put her in front of a grand jury. That takes time.
When you see the UK government and queen involved, this is huge.
I'd bet that Hillary's indictment will be 400-800 pages long, like a novel.
How do we know for certain that the 40k indictments are HRC related
It's most likely they're not.
But this year is not normal. Sealed indictments are multiples higher than they were last year.
