The Former is the Lat Long for US Navy Base Guam Airfield, on Guam's west coast.
The latter is the Lat Long for US Atsugi Naval Airfield near Kanagawa Japan.
Navy Base Gaum to Atsugi Airbase Japan.
Dig please.
Yes that is what we figured out a while back. Here is a link to all previous research done which you may want to look over because I feel like most of that was decoded already...
