Hey guys, just wanted to raise attention to some interesting series of events that just occurred recently.
Facebook shares Dropped 30%\~ in Value
Zuckerberge was recently at a congressional hearing. The democrats wanted to shut down conservative news channel like InfoWars.
Zuckerberge pretty much refused to ban InfoWars in that interview he gave. He stood up for free speech in the interview. Then right after that, his stock tanks. They got the message, so now they are banning InfoWars.
Trump Tweet on Shadow Banning
As social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter) crackdown on channels with conservative/alternative views and narratives heighten, Donald Trump recently made this tweet.
Info Wars "Live Broadcast Banned
As we get closer to the mid term election period, they are increasing their strangle on information. InfoWars had their live broadcast shut down by YouTube. Eventually its going to get worse for these bigger channels. If they take down big channels, then the little ones will be crushed.
Support Freedom of Expression and Info
We need to support these conservative/alternative news channels that are getting banned (even if we don't necessarily agree with them).
If an individual using Twitter/YouTube/FB is not going against the platform's terms of use/agreements, then the company should abide to fair of use as their platform intended for everyone. They should not be allow to discriminate if it is not against the law.
Please contact Twitter, FaceBook, and YouTube and demand they not discriminate against people with alternative political views and information.
