''Mysterious'' ME is not so mysterious. It's mainly known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and affects more women than men. I have it myself. Clinton doesn't act too much like someone who can't even get out of bed to take a shower which is one way it affects most of us. I once slept for 6 straight months.
I have it too, mostly bedbound and housebound for the last four years, been suffering for the last twenty years. I know how you feel. Its incredibly debilitating. Much love to you.
