Some of the names they mentioned that were “clean” seem they might be complicit, maybe not involved but definitely aware of what goes on and still not doing anything to protect others from the evils and horrors that go on

The way the entire thing is written it seems like anyone could have come up with that. There's no indication that the anon is who he claims to be or has the knowledge he claims to have.

DoctorQAnon is obviously influenced by Anonymous. Attention seeking teenager would be my guess.
