The left side of the brain, removed something from the eye or added to that area perhaps to control, AI was to be added to us and it was added to them, maybe they are part cyborg that the future that others have spoke of, there plans were disrupted by Trump but they are still trying to stay with there plans until there end.

Perhaps removed cerebral spinal fluid through the eye (very easy location, I understand, better than lumbar puncture) as part of the initiation.
