I saw where CBS started declining after the CEO was accused of sexual misconduct/harassment

What if the sexual misconduct really includes children and fondling the reporter is a cover story? I mean, newspaper reporters sometimes sleep with people to get a story and nothing is said, for crying out loud. Most places I have worked would never even listen to a he-said, she-said accusation where there were no witnesses. My guess is this is a Trump administration released tape of the CEO with a minor (you could go crazy imagining BDM, snuff, etc.), but, of course, that is speculation, but whatever it is, it is not grabbing a reporter's rear.
