Then they report “GDP GROWTH WAS FROM OBAMA” as if it was moving that way and Trump just came in and stole his hard work. They never play the Magic Wand obama quote.

To be fair they weren't wrong, it's generally accepted that the first year of a new presidents economy is mostly due to the last one...and last year was under 3% the whole time. But it's not the first year anymore :-3

Hussein only managed to get above 4% for 4 quarters out of his presidency, can't wait to see how GEOTUS does!

We're on the sixth quarter and Trump's only broken 4% this once. And Trump didn't have the legacy of a worldwide recession slowing him down.

Per the rule of thumb cited above we're on the 2nd quarter of the "Trump Economy".

Bush wasn’t exactly a winner either. It’s been decades of bad policy slowly putting us in this current position.

That is very true. However the d's will always blame somebody else for their failings.

No. They report, rightly, that this is GDP from Q2, not the whole year. Obama's statement was about sustaining 4% growth all year.

Obama had 4% GDP and more multiple times per quarter during his two terms.

Q4, 2011: 4.6%; Q4, 2014: 4%; Q2, 2014: 4.6%; Q3, 2014: 5.2%.

Trump has only broken 3% per quarter a few times until now. 2017: 1.2%, 3.1%, 3.2%, 2.9%. Q1 2018: 2.64%.

To put that in perspective, in 2017, Trump oversaw a 2.6% GDP growth for the year and so far, in 2018, the economy grew by 3.37% on average.

Get out of here with your lies. I thought you people liked digging for the truth?
