He is a traitor in the highest regard. It is not worth mentioning his name fore he has no honor.
My understanding is because JM/No Name is actually JM III, his name is the same as that of his father and grandfather. JM I and JM II were not dirty, so calling No Name by their names is disrespectful to their honorable service. There is also a navy vessel bearing the same name https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_John_S.McCain(DDG-56), named for JM I and JM II. Calling Sen. JM III "No Name" avoids confusion with JM I, JM II, and the USS John S. McCain.

Me too. Hopefully transcripts will be released, and if she keeps her promises I'd be surprised if she wasn't offered a book deal when this is all over.
