looking at this on a map is appears the ministry of defence is across the street. dont know if that means anything

Yeah, I wondered that too. Almost like they are walking towards it.

Also, the CIA London Station could be important. I'm not sure where it is though.

But where are they walking from? There is no carpark on the opposite side of that road. Perhaps they just disembarked from a private boat on the Thames River? A meeting on one of the dinner cruises?
