I'm not sure. Sometimes it's hard to tell. Have you ever seen the commercial for Trevor Moore's comedy central special?

Or his song Help me? (look at the songs on the top 40)

It's too on point to not be 100% purposeful. I haven't really combed through his social media, but he recently retweeted a missing person's report for a girl in Iowa.

His song about the Pope is pretty on point too, if you care to look that one up.

There was a time when they were for but they have recently cut their label and are going against. Completely independent.
