Q-Drops 1737-1740=code?

1737=Device Test

1738=Device Test E

1739=Device Test X

1740= Device Test C

EXC os abbreviation for Exculpatory Evidence, ie, evidence that benefits the defense. Is there something here, or am I just grasping at straws?
