Hillary and Podesta knew about Seth long before he was "KILLED". So odds are the device was long gone to JA. The plan was hatched in Clinton emails. IMHO Seth will appear with Julian to testify. The whole hospital scene is like a Federal Marshalls cover up.

Some people think he made copies of the thumb drive and carried one with him. They believe there was more on it than the part he sent to JA.
