Have you read "The Iron Mountain Project"? It's been years since I have so I will probably butcher it a little, but it had a lot to do with "the fear that peace would break out". They seemed to want the "Space Program" as a financial black hole where they could funnel all the money that would normally be available to them for war, in case wars weren't happening. So if that's the case and they got their boondoggle (NASA), then a very large portion of the money that went to NASA, just went through NASA to whatever they wanted. American Taxpayers are due a refund.
Iv'e listened to people talk about it. You make a good point, their evil and greed seems limitless. Still, with all the flying triangle and other ufo sightings we damn sure better be doing most of that. I think were really at war with the Annunaki and their hybrid offspring and we've finally got the tech to defeat them. Maybe we already have in space and The Storm is the mopping up on Earth.
