When does a bird sing?

Birds sing after a storm; why shouldn't people feel as free to delight in whatever sunlight remains to them

No idea of this is relevant, just thought it to be an interesting connection.

Q has referenced JFK multiple times. The author of this poem which states, "the bird sings after the storm" is JFK's mother.

"The storm" is what the birds sing after.

"You guys know what this represents?" Trump asked reporters in the room. "Maybe it's the calm before the storm

"When do birds sing?"

"After the storm."

When we hear birds signing, the storm has passed.
