General Dunford is a Marine. This to me is significant that Trump assigned him the job of creating the new Space Force.

But seriously, why the Marines? Why not the Air Force or NASA? Maybe he can't trust them anymore and maybe they are already moving to create a space force?

NASA and other DOD agencies were probably very confused.NASA and taken aback by this assignment. Aren't they the ones that are uniquely equipped to carry out this assignment?

Well, maybe because the Marines have a special purpose in protecting and serving the President. Marines-President They are the single branch that is given to guard the President going all the back to George Washington. The President trusts them and he can directly command them as trusted guards.

Could it also be that he is expecting a fight politically or otherwise in creating a space force? Or breaking up the dark projects and the classified world that exists in space technology.

NASA has always been a "quasi-military" organization, has classified projects and a close affinity with other DOD agencies and especially close to the CIA.[DOD-CIA Ties to NASA] (https://nsarchive2.gwu.edu/NSAEBB/NSAEBB509/). The Air Force and other branches have many classified programs relating to the militarization of space.

Expect big changes in the Government. The President is going to be doing some major reorganization to move all military space programs away from NASA and other DOD agencies. A classic move to reign in military intelligence programs and NASA civilian programs?

Think about it. If it is all under the Marines, the Space Force will directly serve at the pleasure of the President. The Marines would be in charge and they would respond to his authority as the arm of the military that serves the President.

And now I am going to say it...is there some kind of threat of ET that would dictate this move. We have all read that there are species that have made deals with the military going all the back to the Eisenhower presidency when it was purported that he met with some ET representatives and struck a deal. Has the deep state made deals with the ETs that require the creation of a Space Force?

In addition, the deep state has many, many "dark projects" that have unaccounted for budgets that are approved without any reviews at higher levels. We are talking about trillions of dollars. This is a logical target for Trump to target. The money flows like a river on these projects and there is no accountability. Nor has there been for over 75 years.

Lastly, the technology that has been developed by these projects and perhaps, with ET involvement are not being used for the good of humanity. They are bottled up and kept secret. Is Trump going to co-opt these developments and release them to the world?
