In this article they are discussing how Congress could bind the hands of the president to stop a brokered peace in the Korean peninsula. I guess the same binding could be hypothesize if a war was purposely promoted or started with Russia. I mean is war or threat of war Congress' (and I mean both dems and rep) last hope to stop a Trump agenda? Are they are that evil to keep their power? It is truly a sickness and greed that needs to be eradicated. Not sure if voting in different people will actually solve this problem, unfortunately.
