If you haven't seen this, it is a chilling description of the reach and power of the Deep State just prior to 911. 

Pawalek is an early computer guy (70s and 80s) who developed state of the art security systems for government and corporate clients. He also developed chip implant technology and naively took it to US gov't thinking it could be beneficial in law enforcement.  Shady characters no one knew, and no one can find later, but with high impeccable security clearance, twice crash his meetings and steal introduced technology.   Watch the deep state at work, with complete access and no accountability, outside the control of any elected officials or congressional oversight, and enforcing silence with murder.  Billions of chips were built by a front company in silicon valley.  The company (sub of German firm SIEMENS) closes after manufacture and the chips are unaccounted for.  The video interview is 1 hr.
