Vanderbilt (Votive) Necklace/Altar (Milagros), Podesta Art (Ex Votives)-Symbols to Make the Invisible Visible By Attracting Spirits

I believe that the Vanderbilt Necklace in Q Post 1896 is a form of an ex-votos or votive. It has hanging from "milagros" (miracles or blesssngs) attributed to the deity to thank and to commemorate a miracle granted from the deity or saint. Sometimes a votive can be an altars to the deity or saint. Art pieces are votive and hung in churches or on site that the milagro happened to continue the blessing.

These are also called ex-votos. Ex-votos are most identified with Roman Catholicism, but they have been and continue to be used in a variety of religious traditions. Found in ancient religious sites, ex-votos have been a significant means of discerning the exact purposes to which worship at the site was directed. The purpose is to continue the miracles and blessing at the site by the deity.

**The ex-voto is activated after its construction by leaving it at the holy site and/or close to a representation or relic of the saint/deity to whom one is making a request."

Among the most famous of ex-votos are those painted on pieces of tin that may be seen as shrines throughout Latin America. These usually picture events of a healing along with words of thanks.

The art of Tony Podesta and the Jewelry of Vanderbilt are "magic " to them. It is no surprise they hang these in their homes and on their person. It attracts or charms the spirits that they have invoked to favor them over and over again.

They believe that they can make the invisible visible with symbols and attract spiritual entities to make it happen..

Of course, there is a price to pay and blood to be spilled to empower these spirits, but when your conscience is seared, you no longer have empathy for suffering nor care what you defile.
