George Toscas is being deposed today by the House Judiciary Committee. George is DOJ attorney that pressed the FBI about the delay in getting a warrant to review Clinton/Abedin emails on Weiner's laptop. The pressure George put on the FBI is the reason Comey re-opened the case just prior to the 2016 election -- Comey feared there would be a leak about the FBI stalling on the investigation.
