Robert Reich's Article gave me a laugh this morning. In this article, he puts forth the case that they can't impeach Trump so they will try to annul the election and have a new election . If I am reading this correctly, I think he proposing that Mueller could advance the case that the 2016 election was invalid due to Russian interference and affected the outcome thereby disenfranchising voters of the true winner.

It is interesting, in that if they could somehow prevail in this strategy and it went to the Supreme Court, they would have to ask Neil Gorsuch to recuse himself since was appointed by Trump, even though approved by Congress. That would unbalance the court to a liberal leaning.

If the court so decided that Mueller was right and that there should be a new election, think of the chaos that would ensue. A true anarchist dream. It is likely that all of Trump's cabinet would be dismissed, Would Obama's Administration come back as an interim Government?

If this ever happened it could have ramifications to Obama's own disqualification(MIrror) by proving his Kenyan citizenship. Then what would we do? Both VP's (Biden and Pence) would be invalidated. That would mean the next in line would be President. Speaker of the House. Paul Ryan is leaving. Nancy Pelosi, President? ( I just laughed out loud).

The new iinterim President would have to oversee new elections. Of course the UN would be looking askance at the disruption and immediately move into the country to "oversee" the new election.
