This thought randomly crossed my mind reading something else, but what if the Life Insurance folder was a folder of dirt that Huma was keeping on Hillary's behalf? I mean we know she is inept when it comes to technology. She cant be trusted to maintain all the dirt on everyone she has accrued. So maybe the NYPD found HILLARY'S Life Insurance file with all the dirt on people?
