I actually got permab&d from /cbts/ on 12/27 for talking with <^with no reason given. That set me back some, but did not deter me.
The information content in <^>'s images is very high and much of the info is abstract and multi-layered.

I believe it refers to a flesh-and-blood, physical-world-dwelling, human / homo sapiens type person. I used the word in a reply and the context seemed correct and was understood by <^>.
