Q posted a photo of that pen beside some paper with the Presidential seal while on the Asia trip with POTUS. Today, Q posts another photo of that same pen while with POTUS at Camp David.
It doesn't matter who the pen belongs to but rather where it is and who it is near. The photos are a statement of Q's legitimacy and access to the top.
