Based on the coloration, it looks like the photographs have been taken with an old type of color film. The furniture also looks out of fashion. The pictures look like they could date to the sixties or seventies.
That said, pianos last a long time and the surface in Q's photograph looks worn. It probably is just that piano decades later.
