Entrepreneur Introduction

Minority and female entrepreneurs make up two thirds of the U.S. population yet only a small percentage are business owners. By becoming entrepreneurs, these groups will become true participants in the U.S. economy.

 

Bob Wallace has been studying successful entrepreneurs in a research project spanning almost twenty years. During this time, he has observed the five stages of entrepreneurship. Intrapreneurship is a particularly unique stage because these individuals are working in organizations while using entrepreneurial skills to enhance and increase their value.
