Hey, i'm agreeing with you on the issue.
my point is getting Butt HURT about sessions enforcing the law, instead of hounding your legislator is ridiculous.
Ofcourse the food and drug ACT AND the Controlled substances ACT could be taken to SCOTUS. Now, why hasn't THAT been done? Any of the States bitching could do it, i mean they haven't been shy about suing the Trump admin in DROVES.

He has said several times, CHANGE THE LAW if you don't want it enforced
