Random theory, could be way off the mark. That much cash weighs a shit ton and takes up A LOT of space. $1B = 22,000 lbs and 1,100 cubic feet in total. Could something have been hidden IN the cash? The last place I would every look for something like intel, tech, or weapons would be inside a pallet of cash and it would be the perfect hiding place for something heavy or sensitive. Just a thought.
