EU condemned us– bc they lost getting ((our)) money. But few took the time to read it. I did. It was a joke. Giving massive $$ to emerging countries for doing nothing but agreeing to cut emissions by fraction of % with no follow-up to check if they held up to their end of bargain. We cut 20%; big polluters like China given ~10 yrs to have to make any cuts. terrible.
And if China had stated they lived up to their emission cuts– we would not be allowed to verify. Kinda like how the Iran Nuke Deal went from anywhere/ anytime. To a month's notice. To no compliance.
