Leo Wanta, trustee of $27.5 trillion of the American people’s money, which he wants to return, is under house arrest in Switzerland. He is afraid that if he returns it to US Treasury it will be immediately siphoned off to cabal accounts. There are currently no laws protecting the American people’s money.
