Blocked Gulfstream 5 from earlier is headed from Morristown to Jacksonville, FLA - probably another client for Gitmo. Helo is just North of Rocky Mount Wilson Airport, headed West.

Helicopters are of interest at this point as they can be charter aircraft and AFAIK they don't need boarding cards like commercial flights. One way to hide who's on board.
