Pretty good video of the bust, guy looks a bit hispanic, maybe MS13. Trying to find the location on google maps by searching parking lots, it's pretty distinctive but no luck yet, most parking lots have the high pole lights. And the lot is next to a building where the workers were taping it from.at least a few stories high.
