It is yet another reference to Ronald Reagan.

A study completed in 2001 was completed regarding Cognitive Rehabilitation in Dementia. 24 participated in the study. Ages 60 to 84. Page 486 - "VJ" could not recall famous faces or names of famous people. Ronald Reagan had this form of dementia.
