Ignoring dates, only using time stamps.

A clock face only has 12 hours. 1:00 and 13:00 appear the same. If placement using a 12 hour face yields anything, it will show how intricately it has been planned.

If timestamp is in a separate cell: pseudocode:

If(stamp >12:00, then stamp -12:00, else stamp)
