We will find out soon enough, key to warfare is deception. Both are likely patriots but one of them has to push out deception to throw off what the other is doing. Who knows both might be doing deception, smoke screen for what is actually going on.
I know I've heard air force 1 called the sky fortress before. This makes me think an assassination attempt was made but failed and now PoTUS in the air till things are under control. That or it is the zuma package which is an EMP on NK. We will find out soon enough.
