I think Sky Fortress is a combination of sats. According to info I'm reading, Zuma launched eight minutes before the NRO USA-276 passed over central Florida. They both are supposedly on the same orbit inclined 50 degrees to the equator.
I think they are a tagteam system. Perhaps the NRO sat being the eyes, and Zuma is it's weapon system.
Because the dude from the slingshot channel wasn't available to lob it up there.
