Looks like you are explaining the function of ZUMA. The electric transmission lines are blasted with high voltage, causing a blackout (static black and white band across the top of the image). If my understanding is correct, this is a description of an EMP weapon. You are telling us an EMP weapon has been used to silence North Korea…?
The American flag spans the USA map and seems to indicate the USA is victorious by means of ZUMA. Also the flag is depicted in the sky: ZUMA is deployed in the sky.
