The CLOCK is 15, 10, 5, 1. The graphic is tied to each marker (15, 10, 5, 1) on the clock.

The non-nuke DEFCON 1 is as others have posted, meaning tomorrow is when the awakening starts normalization. So that means our job is to help with the red pilling through all the data capture, digging, meme gen, etc. we've been doing here.

Still need to work in the 4, 10, 20. Believe those are dates 1/4. 1/10, 1/20…but not positive.

I don't think EMP refers to an actual electromagnetic pulse. I believe that refers to 'lights out' for the cabal. Just a hunch but makes more sense than an EMP over DPRK. That makes no sense at all.

As for sky fortress: that could be AF 1 as other anons have stated but could also be the E4B. That could run C2 for operations taking place all over the globe.

I think the CLAS 1-9 has to do with the Felony Classifications that were found back in November I believe. That was on the old board cbts. Might be in the archives somewhere.

If true, that ties the indictments into this happening coming this week. Perhaps some of those indictments will be unsealed. It might go mainstream and that is why Q and POTUS need us to be ready with the CLOCK and GRAPHIC
