CBTS was no longer conducive to the work Q / POTUS need done. It's a brutal place and not a fitting venue for serious work to play out in. Key people in there were just flat-out vicious and arguably not all there. There is a markedly different tone here - much more competent, serious, and FAR less abuse of people and their skills.

There was the one in Bonn, Germany - supposed raid by SEAL Team 6 on a CIA listening post (it was probably much more than that). It never made news except locally in Bonn; it was pieced together by an eyewitness through twitter who said the "soldiers" were wearing black uniforms with no markings except a patch - which was later identified as the red on Black unit patch for SEAL Team 6. So this kind of stuff does go on.

A LOT of data packets go bad as a matter of course. Humans never see it because the packets are marked as bad and resent, it's all handled internally by the software. This is where a lot of delays come from.
