I'm pretty sure Qs reference to two chapters is about the .pdf of Michael Wolff's book that Wikileaks posted on Google drive. Two of the chapter titles had "Q" inserted where an "O" would normally be if I remember correctly. The drive has since been taken down by Google. Here are the relevant links:
